Want to kill

From Z

Stripped this screw like a champ.
Then drilled it out and stuck in my fancy screw extractor bit, only to strip THAT and proceed to break my extractor bit off inside the screw.

This thing is absolutely fused to the block.

Awesome.

  1. Try a set vice grips, not sure if they would fit in that tight space but it sometimes works.

  2. Totally tried that with no luck.
Vice grips just slide when I go to turn it.

I am thinking about cutting a slot in it and using an Impact Screwdriver.

You hammer on it and it turns just a little every time. IO had never4 heard of it but one of the more experienced Z guys from ZCCNE suggested it.

  4. Take a torch to it first. Keep it there right before it starts to turn red.

  6. Good luck homie. I had a incident like that but it was a nut on a catalytic converter. I stripped the sh*t out of it, like completely smoothed it out! :X

  7. Having the exact same problem here, I just haven't wrecked the bolts completely yet. I'm gonna try an impact driver, and replace the bolts with torx ones. Good luck, bud
